Goyen Type K2000 M1204B RCA20 Buna Diaphragm Kit With Rubber Seat

This is K2000 M1204B RCA20 Buna Diaphragm Kit includes one buna seat buna diaphragm and one 304 stainless steel spring, which is used in RCA20T, RCA20DD pulse jet valves. The diaphragm consists of one or more layers coated on both sides. Diaphragms of different materials can be manufactured according to the requirements of use. The working temperature and pressure range of the diaphragm itself depends on the type of rubber, fabric and structure. The diaphragm can work at -10~80℃, 0.4~0.8 MPa, and the fluororubber and silicone rubber diaphragm can work at -80~232℃.

Brief introduction of K2000 M1204B Diaphragm Kit:

K2000 diaphragm material is Nitrile (NBR), not suitable for strong solvents and chemical fluids, oil resistant. We use high quality material, the collection equipment efficiency can be improved, the energy loss also can be reduced. K2000 M1204B repair kit has unique geometric diaphragm design , high speed from multiple diaphragm to reach the highest peak in an instant.

Working Principle: When different pressure (or force) acts on both sides of the diaphragm of the pulse valve, the diaphragm moves to the lower side of the pressure, resulting in the displacement of the center of the diaphragm.

Applications: The pulse diaphragm valves are especially designed for dust collector service applications, combining high flow, long life and extremely fast opening and closing to produce reliable and economical operation.

Tips:
1. Before conducting any maintenance activity on the system ensure that components are fully isolated from pressure and power supplies. Pressure and power should not be reapplied until the valve has been fully assembled.

2. Diaphragm and pilot inspection should be conducted annually.
