The diaphragm of the solenoid pulse valve mainly plays the role of sealing the electromagnetic valve. When the electromagnetic pulse valve receives the signal from the pulse controller to spray dust, the compressed air enters the rear air chamber through the orifice. The diaphragm is close to the air outlet of the valve, the pulse valve is closed, and the pulse controller outputs a signal to shift the armature of the arterial impulse valve. After opening, the rear air chamber quickly loses pressure, causing the diaphragm to move backward and compressed air to spray through the air outlet of the valve. The pulse valve is open, the injection starts, the pulse output electric signal controller disappears, the electromagnetic pilot armature of the pulse valve is reset, the ventilation hole of the rear air chamber is closed, and the pressure of the rear air chamber rises to pulsation.
