5392900070 Solenoid Coil For EKS Electromagnetic Type Brake Valve φ20mm x 39mm x 60mm
This solenoid coil is used on the 5392900070 EKS type brake valve. The main actuator of the brake system pressure regulation of the ABS/ESC wheel brake system is the solenoid valve. The realization of the opening and closing action of the solenoid valve is determined by whether the static core absorbs the moving core. The design of the static core and the moving core is good. The bad determines the size of the electromagnetic force, which is to determine whether the ABS/ESC design of the car brake system is reasonable. The static core and the moving core are connected by a spring. When the two are in contact with the brake fluid, they are often adsorbed together due to the action of the liquid tension. The electromagnetic force needs to overcome the tension of the liquid when the two are opened.

Solenoid valve coil burnout reason and detection method:
The solenoid valve has two parts, an electromagnetic coil and a magnetic core, and is a valve body including one or more holes. When the coil in the solenoid valve is energized or de-energized, the operation of the core causes the fluid to pass through the valve body or be cut to change the direction of the fluid. Because the current is going through the coil, the solenoid valve coil may be burned out. Of course, the cause of the burn may be different. Let's take a look at the causes of the solenoid valve coil burnout.
External causes
The stable operation of the solenoid valve is inseparable from the cleanness of the fluid medium. Many media will have some fine particles or media calcification. These fine substances will gradually adhere to the valve core and gradually become hard. Many people find the first day. It was still running normally at night, and the solenoid valve could not be opened the next morning. When it was removed, it turned out that there was a thick layer of calcification deposited on the spool. This situation is the most common and is the main cause of the solenoid valve burnout, because when the spool is stuck, FS = 0, at this time I = 6i, the current will increase by six times, the ordinary coil is very easy to burn.
Internal cause
The clearance between the sliding valve sleeve of the solenoid valve and the valve core is very small (less than 0.008 mm), and it is generally a one-piece assembly. When mechanical impurities are introduced or the lubricating oil is too small, it is easy to get stuck. The treatment method can use a steel wire to break in from the small hole of the head to make it bounce back. The fundamental solution is to remove the solenoid valve, take out the valve plug and the valve core sleeve, and clean it with CCI4, so that the valve core can move flexibly in the valve sleeve. When disassembling, pay attention to the assembly sequence of each component and the external wiring position, so as to reassemble and wire correctly, and check whether the oil mist injection hole is blocked and the lubricating oil is sufficient. If the solenoid valve coil is burnt out, the wiring of the solenoid valve can be removed and measured with a multimeter. If the circuit is open, the solenoid valve coil is burnt. The reason is that the coil is damp, causing poor insulation and magnetic leakage, causing the current in the coil to be too large and burning, so it is necessary to prevent rainwater from entering the solenoid valve. In addition, the spring is too hard, the reaction force is too large, the number of turns of the coil is too small, and the suction force is insufficient to cause the coil to burn. For emergency handling, the manual button on the coil can be turned from the “0” position to the “1” position during normal operation, causing the valve to open.
Solenoid valve coil detection
Use a multimeter to measure the resistance of the solenoid valve. The resistance of the coil should be around 100 ohms! If the resistance of the coil is infinite, it means that the solenoid valve can be energized and placed on the solenoid valve. Because the solenoid valve is energized, the solenoid valve has magnetic properties to attract the iron product. If you can hold the iron product, the coil is good, and the anti-knowledge indicates that the coil is broken. The detection method of short-circuit or open circuit of the solenoid valve coil is to first measure the on-off with a multimeter, and the resistance value approaches zero or infinity, which means that the coil is short-circuited or broken. If the resistance is normal, it is not clear that the coil must be good. You should also find a small screwdriver placed near the metal rod in the coil of the solenoid valve, and then energize the solenoid valve. If you feel magnetic, then electromagnetic The valve coil is good, otherwise it is bad.
The above is the introduction of the cause of the solenoid valve coil burnout. Whether it is external or internal cause of the solenoid valve coil burnout, this should cause our attention. In normal use, avoid getting water into the solenoid valve. Also check the solenoid valve frequently to ensure that the solenoid valve can be used for a longer period of time.
